As I mentioned in my latest pulse, grapefruit juice tastes like vomit to me, and yeah...it's the "good" red kind. Ew. I'm doing very well on my diet, but I'm wondering, are there any other juices that are said to be just as beneficial as grapefruit juice, diet wise? I thought I could stomach it after a couple of drinks, but no. Not going to happen. I know water is the best way to go, and certainly, I'm making sure to drink more than usual but grapefruit juice, I am told, is a natural fat burner.
Why can't strawberry Nesquik be a natural fat burner?

I don't think you should drink anything you don't like. I'm just anti-diet though. I mean, rules were made to be broken, and when you're off the diet you'll start eating normally again and gain whatever weight you lost, necessitating another diet.
Also, based on your profile pic, I don't think you need to lose weight. :)
If life was fair, mice would kill cats half the time. Water's the best thing to drink, and going from three big meals per day to five or six small (sensible) meals will do a lot more for you than grapefruit juice can.
@thepsychoticraccoon - I know, right? It's a vicious cycle. I'd have to change my lifestyle, really. I can't just "diet" until I get what I want. I wish I could, though! :)
I'm turning 30 next month, and suddenly the idea of nearly being able to look back on my 20's is freaking me way out. Already, I've thought...OMFG these cigarettes are going to kill me! Imagine that lol. Now, I'm trying to fix everything. I keep thinking when it's gone, it's gone.
I definitely need my figure back. :p I miss it so badly.
@HappierHeathen - Agreed. I'm being sure to eat a few times a day, at least three sensible meals and healthy snacks in between. I lost about 20lbs doing this around a year ago. Then, I fell into the old habit of eating a couple of meals a day only, for the most part, and started to gain it back. Not cool.
@godfatherofgreenbay - I've never actually tried it, but now is a good time. Anything has to be better than grapefruit. :)
another good berry to drink is acai mixed with blue berries. I personally love V8 as my healthy drink. Grapefruit juice is also sweeter when you squeeze or juice it yourself. I have no idea why. You could also try and make it into a smoothie. I remember reading somewhere a recipe that replaced milk with soy milk and cream with non fat vanilla yogurt. I guess its worth at least looking up.
